Wow Mary what a great capture, the sky is so blue, I would love to go to Hunting Island!
Mary Campbell replied
I grew up in NYC, and NJ and until I moved away I never realized the sky could be so blue.. That was a great part on living on an island 27 miles from the nearest town, the air was fresh and the skys were amazingly blue. You’d like a visit to Hunting Island, they have a great state park there, that even rents little cabins right on the beach (but you have to reserve them a year in advance, and they are not plush but such a lovely location). And they also have a camp site for campers. I hope you get there someday, I will say best time of the year in before the tourist arrive (February, March, April when the birds are making nests and the rookeries are full and the heat is nice summers can be very hot).
