This is one of the baby tigers at the San Diego Zoo. They were so much fun to watch. This little one seems to be learning how to stalk his food (I think he was practicing on me). He is about 5 months old in this picture.

They were born on April 21, 2011 at the San Diego Zoo. Mek Degong, the 12-year-old diva tigress, has previously delivered three cub litters at the San Diego Zoo and she strengthens an endangered tiger subspecies with each litter.Malayan tigers need an abundant amount of space to survive, preying on small deer, boar, sun bear and elephant calf. The 100-acre San Diego Zoo has dedicated itself to conserving endangered animals and preserving their natural habitats.
