Manta!

My 1st Manta Ray experience! It seems I’m the only person in the world that finds these gentle giants intimidating. The are beautiful & graceful but they are also very very big and they come pretty close. Plus I’m not at my most confident in a raging current.

Taken in Raja Ampat, Indonesia. D300 in subal housing, tokina fisheye 10-17 and natural light. The visibility was not that good because people were sliding along the sand with the current.
