While travelling up the New South Wales north coast on my way to the 2008 Festival Of Flight fly-in at Toogoolwah, Queensland, Australia, I stopped to have a look at the small town of Mooball.
The town has taken the theme of moo cows from the town’s name and the Moo Moo Cafe/service station is the prime example with its buildings painted to look somewhat like the colours of a cow.
While I was there this nice example of American automobilia pulled up to refuel.
The photo was taken with a Nikon D70 camera fitted with a Tamron Aspherical LD DiII SP AF 11-18mm 1:4.5-5.6 [IF] zoom lens.
The photo has been tweaked using Gimp software – using select/copy/paste to remove some imperfections and brightness/contrast tool and sharpening filter.
