At the Amberley Airshow 2008 at the Royal Australian Air Force Base, Amberley Airport, near Ipswich (southwest of Brisbane), Queensland, Australia this RAAF F-111 ignited a dump & burn flame while executing a go-around.
According to the airshow commentary this was how the dump & burn was first discovered.
The photo was taken with a Nikon D70 camera fitted with a Sigma 50-500mm 1:4-6.3APO DG HSM zoom lens.

Great capture of the Dump and Burn Muzz. – Ted
Thanks Ted for your appreciation. I have a shot of 4 F111s in formation all with flames shooting out the back – taken at an airshow at Canberra Airport not long after the RAAF received the aircraft. A sight not to be repeated, I suspect, now that the F111s are retiring.
Sorry about the late reply.
