A playful row of dusty raspberry and violet flowers sway slightly in the wind against a textured coral background. Shades of avocado green line the other side of the stems and grass the Naive Windflowers playfully sway from.

This silk painting was done outside in the sun, with layers of water-based resist, watercolor, salt techniques and even rain throughout the process!

  • Thank you, Pauline! It was quite a wild experience painting this one… lol.. it rained while half way through and had to figure out how to salvage it.. but in the end I think it turned out nicely :) They are happy flowers!
