Monday, May 12 – Friday, May 16: The Book Show on ABC Radio. Secrets of some great Australian poems. Broadcast at 10am (Local Time) on ABC Radio National from 12-16 May and will also be available to podcast and stream at www.abc.net.au/rn/bookshow. Five classic Australian poems in a special feature. Each of the 40 minute programs examines one classic Australian poem. 12 May – Kenneth Slessor, Five Bells; 13 May – Judith Wright, Rockpool; 14 May – CJ Dennis, The Glugs of Gosh; 15 May – Rosemary Dobson, The Continuance of Poetry; 16 May – A.D.
