My name is Sarah and I live in Hull, East Yorkshire, UK. I have a quiet life with my partner John and young son, Milo. I was once a primary school teacher but took early retirement and now devote my time to family and what little spare time I have to my photography.

I shoot with a Samsung GX20 and a collection of older lenses such as a Pentax 50mm macro, a pentax 50mm prime (1.7) and a Sigma 18-50mm 2.8 zoom.

My favourite subjects are babies, children, portraits and flowers but I’ll try my hand at anything.

I am srating a year long parttime course this September – a BTEC diploma in photography.

I take inspiration from the beauty I see all around me, spectacular and mundane alike.
