Had a lovely walk on this hot summers day up Whernside, starting from Ribblehead viaduct, with spectacular views over Ingleborough, Pen-y-ghent, the Lakes and the Howgills. This was taken at the end of my journey as we made our way to the Station Inn for a well earned pint.

Built in 1870, Ribblehead Viaduct is a railway viaduct across the valley of the River Ribble at Ribblehead, in North Yorkshire, northern England. The viaduct is a Grade II* listed building and a Scheduled Ancient Monument.

Charming. I rather like the curvature effect in a pano, but you might want to try the new feature in PS CS6 that specifically addresses this “problem”.

  • Yeah, its the first time I’ve ever really done it with anything so large and noticeable – I’ll have to have a look and play with that too. Thanks also!
