This is really, really cool. One thing I remember about California is how wonderful the lighting is for taking photographs. It’s like .. I don’t know .. whipped butter versus still frozen, in terms of ease.

I have not heard of the other Mammoth??? The Sierras do possess a certain light. The elevation and the grand scale somehow adds to the place and catches the evening light better.
