This is one place I would really love to take my camera gear. It would be a real challenge to create something that hasn’t been done before. You’ve pulled it off here. Great lighting, colour, tonal range, depth & composition.

I love this, we recently visted the Cascade Mtns, and since I am just awed by photos of mountains and fog.

Holy Moly!! That looks like it was absoultly beautiful that day. Was it a long hike to get that far or was it off of the road. My gosh that is a stunning site.

I really love the blues and greens in this one, and the way the twin trees in the foreground so perfectly frame the spectacular panorama behind, almost like the viewer is discovering, or uncovering the view, for themselves.

That is correct.

I had heard of Ben Nevis, or at least I thought I had. Expecting a person I found a place.
In California Yosemite is famous. If you come to California it is the one place you would go to if you like natural wonder.

It really was especially back in the 50’s when thing made better sense. Wouldn’t want to be stationed there today. I will be heading down there this Fall for photos…Lynn

Hi Mt. Man.. when I was there last time.. I was very young 25.. on a motorcycle with a new husband! All that behind.. I should go back.. you have me thinking…

Yosemite Valley is, so far, my favorite place on earth. Not just for its magnificent beauty, but for nostalgic reasons as well. My Dad took us there every summer for vacation for many years. This photo captures that feeling inside me and then some. Its beautiful and I don’t know how I missed it.

Amazing – Nicely captured.

Nope! I’ve never been there, but I could well believe it’s worth visiting. It’s .. hmm .. well, one of the few places I’ve seen pictures of that really made me feel like going out of my way to look at it in person The others were mostly in Scotland, Ireland, Alaska, and occasionally Greece and Australia. Oh, and once a Californian Redwood forest, but I went to California and didn’t get to see one. I did see a lot of nuts, though, so we must not have been far from the trees!

Oh man I love this photo. Yosemite was amazing. I went there when I was a little 21 year old. Oh this makes me feel so good.

Yes I was there Summer 1994, had the best time in U.S. Three months in Lake McDonald Montana, hiking, drinking;) I had never seen people buy huge kegs of beer before. Of course I am much more sensible now :)
