This is complex and intriguing and beautiful. It looks like a watercolor painting. My brain is set to processing words as you know, so I’m itching to know how this was created and what you were thinkin’ Mr. Man!!

  • Mark Ramstead replied

You just now put a watch on me? Sweet of you. Yes it is a water color and one of a long series where I juxtapose elements within photos I had taken in the natural landscape near my home in Claremont. This idea could be done again and again but the complexity of this one resonates with people. I sold it to my sixth grade school teacher at my Masters exhibition in college.

  • mstrace

    mstrace

yes, yes – I’m crazy crazy picky about my watchlist (she says a little chagrined). Ya see some folks, present co. excluded, post a ton of stuff every single day and I don’t have the time to view and comment on all of it.

So a real watercolor, as in you painted it? Hmm…a photographer AND a painter? How ever am I gonna handle that? (cheeky grin)

  • Mark Ramstead replied

Take a tour through my whole gallery… you have no idea how miss used I have been… I just submitted my piece, yell at me if you find a glaring error…
