Gold Coast student Graphic Design exhibition

Robina Art Gallery will open its doors to host the third annual Glimpse design exhibition on October 22nd. The exhibition, which runs over two weeks, will showcase the prestigious works from the Gold Coast’s most innovative young graphic designers from The Designworks College of Design in Burleigh Heads.
Glimpse will offer the public a rare peek into an exciting, diverse collection of artwork including illustration, typography, branding, digital design, multimedia and packaging design. All artworks on display will be made available for public purchase with the proceeds going to the charity organisation Childhood Cancer Support.
As well as sale of artworks, Glimpse designers, through their website, will also donate the proceeds of clothing designs and the exhibition’s official souvenir book to the charity, to provide support to families of children with cancer.
Sponsorship Coordinator and featured designer Sarah Stevens said “Glimpse exhibition is a unique way for the community to support local artists as well as help out an important charity”.
“The designers are all very excited about showcasing their best pieces to the public. Over the past three years Glimpse design exhibition has given local designers the opportunity to grandstand their works to both industry professionals and the public” Miss Stevens said.
