Love this Nadya
Another which si “probably familiar…” LOL. Not the same version, though. This of course, is the one I took to be abandoned but it wasn’t: where the dog came charging out and chased me to the highway?? Anything for a shot! Thanks!

nicely seen and captured…lovely treatment…the colors and composition are fantastic!
Thank you, Dawn!

Beautiful! Perfect composition! Love the colours!
Very nice! Grew up on a farm so red barns are a particular favorite.
Thanks, PB! They are favorites with me as well — but I grew up in the heart of Chicago. Truthfully, I thought they were long-gone or long-abandoned (most near the city are… and I mean in 5 different counties.) I do live in Illinois but it may as well be Mars in comparison with that; the northwest tip is undeveloped, absolutely GORGEOUS (even hilly!) with a thousand-thousand great old barns – and like this one, still in use! Thanks so much for commenting!

Thanks for your comments! I thought this barn was out of use and long abandoned when I first approached it… No! Out charged a LARGE d-o-g who chased me all the way to the highway! Well, I was glad the barn was still in use.. this one is outside Rockford, Illinois and you’re getting 2 hours from Chicago at that point, so most of them around that area are gone.
gorgeous … the sky really increases the drama in this beauty!!!
Love this!!
It would be great in Country Bumpkin group.
