I’m a 51 year old female, an empty nester, finding ways to fill my time when I’m not working. Which isn’t a lot of time so local photography fills that gap nicely.

I’m just starting out and have only sold photos and cards at local events.

I recently placed 3rd in the first photo contest I entered – at the John Heinz Wildlife Refuge in Tinicum, PA with a photo of a wood duck!

All my photos are taken with a point & shoot camera, a Kodak!

All my photos I display are local to me, here in south central Pennsylvania. My main thrust is to take photos in the outdoors, depicting nature as anyone can see it.

I also take some photos related to fire fighting. I was long ago a volunteer fire fighter and in a sense it is a way of giving back. I’ve only gotten a few opportunities, but hope to have more as one small volunteer department has asked me to be their photographer.

All proceeds from any of my fire related photos/cards are being donated to the Shiremanstown Fire Company
