This is the third and best of a trio of shots looking over towards the moon, which was hidden behind a cloud bank.
The shot was taken in very low light which necessitated a long exposure. While the shot was taking, a car came up the hill from Glossop and the headlights swept the field and wall.
I love this shot best because of the shape of the clouds – which looks like I have adjusted them during pp, but which are real, and the stars peaking through the gaps.
