I have always been very interested in the visual arts. As a small child I was always drawing and making up stories about the people or animals I drew.I would draw on anything , on the edges of the newspaper,in the dirt, any clear space …even on the walls!!
It wasn’t until I got to school that I discovered what a wonderful world of media was available.
Eventually I went on to train as and Art/Craft teacher.I loved teaching and loved the opportunity to experience the wide variety of mediums, along with my students.
However, it was not until I retired that I was truly able to follow my own path .
I like most mediums and my work covers watercolour, gouache, acrylics, oils, some pastel and drawings.
