There are many Temples in Bali (infact every building has at least a small one) but this is one of the most unusual ones.

Built on a small rock just off the west coast of Bali.
The sunsets are surposed to be spectacular here but unfournately it was quite cloudy on the evening we were there so I didn’t get any good sunsets (reason for another Bali Trip?? LOL)

This is my 2nd attempt at a HDR image. 5 shots using .7 exposure bracketing. processed in photomatix.

I’m being quite careful not to “over cook” these HDR images but I still need to be more aggressive i think, considering some of the HDR work I have seen.

I would like opinions on this so PLEASE comment.

this is really beautiful Keith – I think its just the right amount of processing – just enough to bring the shot to life, but not over power it

  • Thankyou So much Simone…The HDR is surposed to make it “As we see it” so thats what i tried to do. on this image it really just brought out the clouds in the sky

Hi Kevin. Not bad at all. The thing I like about it the most is that you havent over saturated it picture like 90% of the HDR’s on here. Its as the eye sees it. Keep up the good work. Matt
