From the House
Found this old guy after wandering through some of the old forts on Santorini. Evidently it was a home made wine and we couldn’t resist a bottle of home made red for 3 euro…(you can just make out a scrubbed out 2)... anyway it was rocket fuel…actually more like a sweet port.. we were both smashed, or poisoned, or both…
It was actually a pretty ordinary photo, there was shade and the white’s got way overblown but its such a beautiful portrait of a friendly old man who’s probably been doing the same thing everyday.

Murray, I love the way this portrait tells his story.
When I lived in Greece, Muscato, wine from the muscat grape, was brought out for Easter. It was sweet, like a port wine, and dangerously delicious. I think that is what he sold you!

Yea me and my partner would love to do more but work gets in the way lol!

yep.. well I guess you have to plan to put your life on hiatus for a bit.. I managed to do it for a year without needing to work.. I guess the advantage of having a good economy is that your dollar often goes a long way in many countries..
