Phew. I’ve been working at ‘re-looking’ at my cards from a different perspective … a more ‘marketable’ one! Not easy to do really … being objective about one’s work, well …
Anyway, I’ve made a few changes, a few additions, some new angles to the same cards. I’m hoping that Red Bubble will eventually provide some way in which we can categorise the cards, i.e. Holidays, Events, Floral, Abstract, Thank You, etc etc ad infinitum. Red Bubble?
I’ve been so busy sorting out my present wee body of work and getting a database down and trying to set up a small new business (TONS of work there!) that, ironically,I’ve hardly had time to sit and draw - how do you folks manage to do it all?! There just aren’t those hours in the day, where are they?
My brains are still relatively addled from lack of sleep and computer-screen-itis, so forgive the ramble. Perhaps I’ll soon be able to relax again and enjoy looking at all your wonderful artwork. Cheers!

Wow you have been busy, just checked out all your cards. I am not surprised about the lack of sleep, good luck with the new business :)

I agree, you’ve been busy! Is your new business based on your art?

Hi zee1 and Damian … lack of sleep isn’t all—I’m definitely suffering from addled-brain-syndrome too. That is, if I can figure out where I left it.
Damian, yes it is! So much seems to have happened since I rediscovered my art 8 months ago that I can’t believe I’m doing what I’m doing! I’m trying to set up a business with the cards and prints of my work, getting the business itself set up and then creating a website and finally selling my work locally.
That’s the start of it … there are so many possibilities in the air that it’s all very exciting, but I’m curbing my impatience and getting it all done Bit by Bit and making sure it’s started up properly and as professionally as possible even if I don’t get a single sale out of it in the end … ack.

Hope things are going well for you with your art business! That’s an awesome leap for a short amount of time.
