Sometimes time gets away from me. My main objective is to paint at least 2 paintings a week till the end of the year. I started 2 new series of works in January.

Garden Series-pen & ink, 4×6” drawings of the male, female, dog, cat. They are abstract in nature. I only have14 pieced done in the series and still need 10 works to complete this series.

Little Secret-The Fairy Series-most of this series is oil although I did one piece in Acrylic. I have 7 paintings done since the end of February 09. 1-28×36”, 1-24×28” and 5-16×20”. One of these pieces will be hung in Gever’s Studio March 14-09 for the City Wide Luminaria Art Day. I still need to finish 3 more paintings in this series to be complete.

My next series of paintings will be of the Mexican Culture dancers, Folkloric and Flaminco. I finished 2-16×20” in acrylic paint, one live on Kens5 TV. I should have 10 paintings by the end of the year in this series. I draw these dancers and paint them in watercolors most of the time and wanted to put them to canvas.
