additions to the japan relief series

i have made two new additions for the japan relief series. i will constantly upload better scans to extend this series. if you like a fine old school b/w image on your wall or wrapped as a gift to a friend, please check them out. if you ‘d like to purchase an original hand-made silver print of these works or any other in my ’japan’ collection, please b-mail me. all the proceeds will be donated too.

my heartfelt prayers go out to japan and her beautiful people.
may their mind-power withstand nuclear disaster and their experience strengthen the world-wide anti-nuclear power movement. may the sun shine on them again.
with love and compassion.

all proceeds of sales of the series below will be donated to a relief fund for the victims of the tsunami and nuclear disaster.

japan relief and time off rb

until mid-april i must take a break from rb. i will post the occasional image and collect a few of your pieces of art into my favorites gallery. your comments will be mostly unanswered during this time. it does not mean they are not appreciated. i will be back with plenty of energy just before easter.

i have posted two images of which 100% of the proceeds of all sales will go into a relief fund, either the japanese red cross or an ngo that deals with children affected by the nuclear disaster. the offer has no time limit as long as i am active on red bubble.
so, if you are looking for a meaningful present and are a lover of the old school of photography, here are two fine b&w pieces. they were taken at the occasion of a stay in japan in 1992. the series will be extended too.

so the analysis for now: the stunner of the top ten is the quiet ‘meeting in the classroom’ on 4th position. it never got many favs or comments nor any feature at all but i guess the thumbnail must look intriguing and inviting enough to click on it.

the even more quiet ‘transporting firewood. female version’ is a
