Melissa is my name and Photography is my game!

My tools of the trade are Nikon D90 and D5000 with nikkor 18-135 lens, Tamron 75-300 lens, 105mm nikkor macro lens, Crystal Vision Limited Edition High Definition 58mm 0.5x Pro Wide Lens W/ Macro, and an antique Gemini telephoto lens with bunch of various filters. I also make my own ‘hacked’ lens from older lens that I find while thrifting.

Photography has been a huge passion of mine ever since I recieved my first camera when I was a little kid. Many cameras and thousands of pictures later, here I am, ready to make my mark in this world. I have experiences of working at a wedding photography studio in Miami, FL before my children were born.

Most of my pictures are untouched and straight out of the camera with no post-production done whatsoever, unless stated in the description as cropping, color adjustments and such. I also create digital and fractal artworks. I’m a bit hooked on the macro world.

I’m also a mother to 2 precious children under the age of 6, so my time of playing online and shooting photography is somewhat limited at this time, but I am available for commissioned works. Please email me for details and rates.
