I’m a film student in San Francisco, finishing the final semester of my schooling. I can’t wait to graduate. Photography started as a hobby but has grown to much more. (I was always interested more in making movies). But with every passing day I find it more and more appealing. Making movies requires a large crew and relying on many different people to create a different part of the finished piece. Taking pictures is only me… no stress in worrying if somebody will screw up on their job and your finished artwork will be tarnished. That’s what I love about photography, I can slip away by myself and explore the world through the quiet eye of a lens. I sit in an office building all day and school at night. so the second I get off work, I go off in search of nature. To play in the dirt and take photos.

-Poetry is my other silent passion. I’ve been writing since I was about 13. Secretly scribbling in my notebooks. It has been my steadfast outlet to relieve each days emotional excess and internal scars.

I enjoy heavy contrast and rich coloring in my photography. I strive to create something that will stand out in a crowd. I want to create an image that speaks… an image that tells a story. Someday I hope to achieve such goals.
