my oh my, how of all the photos I have taken this past year, yet so little has been posted to this site. What is wrong with my head.
Going back to summer (that I am sure all of us in the northern hemisphere, or at least most of us, are missing). A very large sunflower field east of the Denver area, Colorado, USA on an extremely hot August evening, the temps were around 98 F when I took this photo, plus the flies were biting worse than mosquitoes,for a city boy like me and spending most of my nature trips to the much colder mountain climate, I am not used to all those flies
This place was definitely quite large, I never knew such large sunflower fields existed in Colorado until I saw this one.
