Over in England there is a phrase “red and green should never be seen” (together) – its a bit of a clash of colours and harsh on the eye if someone wears both of these. The idea for using this slogan here was about the how the American forces went back into the Gulf to supposedly search for nuclear weapons (the red antinuclear bit in the gun sight) and seem to have benefitted themsleves with oil and building contracts.(the green dollar)
