wow dude some wild colour and powerlines make a great silohette
do you get much noise with the long exposure with the canon a570 ?
and
what iso did ya use ?
just wondering as when i try this i get bad noisy bitsa blue dots everywheres
morpheus71 replied
Thanks fella! Kinda worked on ISO-80 for twilight on pretty much all attempts – seems to be the minimal noise. Think low ISO is the way forward even with dSLR ’s too I gather, though you can get away with a somewhat bigger ISO there…

beautiful light and colours have so much depth.

Cheers Karen – much appreciated! Great end to see some rich twilight glowing colours after a good surf session!

Love the simplicity of the composition and strong contrast Phil but it works so well and holds the eye of the viewer that bit longer than usual, that perfect mirror image symmetry that you used was an inspired idea, a striking result, well done,

Thanks very much for saying so Rod! Really love Bantham and have been lucky to get some richly lit skies there a few times and it’s nice to be able to capture that and share it! Glad you like the mirror idea – keep trying new things and certainly appreciate the feedback! :)
