I am a Communications Designer (graphics & marketing hodge-podge) for a window manufacturer in Temperance, MI. I live in Toledo, OH, with my house rabbit Jiffy. I enjoy writing, reading (my favorite poet is Phyllis McGinley), designing, arts and crafts, traveling, amateur photography, and serving with a group that helps the homeless and poor every weekend in downtown Toledo. I consider myself a fairly open-minded Christian with a strong interest in the Jewish roots of my faith. Shalom!

Tonight is light and dark; / sound and silence; / color and faded monotones.
Unrequited love is just another addiction.
I’m supposed to be brilliant;
Pavement pictures will be erased by overnight rain; / drop by drop, smearing smiley faces and animals / that only walk and stalk in imagination and chalk.
We ate the mints right away, / because we were afraid / of what our fathers would do if they knew.
If I look at you and cry, / Do not cry with me. / It is I who holds the guilt.
