We love our tees and hoodies so much we could talk about them all day, but that’d be a bit weird. So we’ll just say that we’re immensely proud of the quality of all our garments and the super futuristic technology that creates our unique t-shirts and hoodie prints. Our t-shirts are long lasting, individual and extremely useful for abiding by public decency laws.

now this is weird: it’s exactly what I envisioned for a t-shirt version of this … how long did it take? Looks excellent, wow :-)
I am not even going to tell you how long it took me….TOO DARN LONG!!! This is the very 1st time I figured out how to extract from the background….still need lots a practice, but I am glad it looks okay :)

She looks great on a t-shirt.
Hey Frannie…you actually inspired me to do it last night with your awesome lil’ tutorial…but I still didn’t get what you were doing…I don’t think I have that tool you used. This took me way too long!!!!

Do you have Photoshop Elements? It should be right under the magic wand tool. Looks a lot like the magic wand. Yes, without that tool, or the extraction tool in Photoshop, it can be very tedious to lift part of an image out.
I just have Adobe PS, don’t know which version. I used the extraction tool…but still took me forever :(

I never have liked Adobe’s extraction tool. That painting stuff is for the birds; never worked for me. I normally use the Lasso tool and work on a 200% view. Option click and lasso to minus bits of the selection. Shift click and lasso to add to the selection. I’ve used that method happily for years. But this selection tool in Photoshop Elements 6 is actually pretty good.
I will have to try that next, there has to be an easier way. The regular lasso, not the magnetic one…right?
