High Street, Edgware, LondonI took this shot of the abandoned coffee house through the window glass at my friend’s flat in London. I guess it was abandoned as it is closed every time I’m there. Such a shame that no one wants it anymore.

Yes as everyone says, a sad thing. I bet it was the typical local shop with small quarters above it where the proprietors lived. I bet when it was open there was a wonderful selection of teas and cakes in the window, and a menu board on the now blank white wall. As they say ‘the only constant is change’.
In fact, I don’t know if I have ever seen this place opened. Not even 15 years ago when I lived there longer. Back then it was probably used for some other business or something. Now, the other part of the building that belongs with this shop, is rented by some, I think Romanian people and there is a restaurant, but god knows why this part is not in use.
