Hello and welcome to my small corner of redbubble. Its wonderful (and flattering) that one of my artworks caught your eye. I have loved art ever since someone put that first stubby crayon in my hand and i still always keep a sketch pad close by for doodles~ The artwork “The Big Red Cat” is a mimic of the first painting I ever did at 3 years old in preschool. Seeing it always makes my smile at the memory.
I love drawing and painting. Usually use acrylic but have been playing around with watercolor some. It is great have a place like redbubble to share these works with you. It has rejuvanated my motivation to make time for Art again in my busy life.
My family and I live in the heart of eastern Kentucky, USA. Kentucky is such a natural beauty, she is so full of forest, and flowers, lakes and wildlife. Its a wonderful place to grow up and raise a family.
I try to clean up my artworks every 3 months or so and filter out anything i am unhappy with or that bubblers dont seem interested in, so if you see anything you really like please speak up before it dissappears forever…
Thanks, Carrie Potter
PS You can find my husbands Photography under Squarebubble. I like the camera, but he is a much better photographer, and what catches his eye is definitely unique.
