Banner flag or standard the emblems raised in peace and war or to rally round. Once upon a time in history there were immigrants who changed sides in the middle of a war every man had his reason who knows for sure. A battalion known as the Battalion de San Patricio the victor always writes the story and revels in the glory. The flag had several descriptions it was lost or stolen so who really knows, green for sure and a harp with the legend Erin go Bragh. I have taken the liberty of making my own and wish not to offend anyone especially those dead souls the San Patrico’s who are revered as heroes so long ago a footnote now in the myths of time and added as patriots among those in Mexico. Ireland a land that has known throughout its history north and south conflict and some fled from poverty, hunger and injustice a common thread for one and all of humankind. Erin go Deo or Erin go Brea and Erin go Bragh and also Erin go Braugh perhaps one day….one planet one people one language…one day.
If you’re Irish show the color and if not be Irish on Saint Patrick’s Day in any event it is a celebration for one and all not for politics just a day set aside to enjoy…Erin Go Deo.

Hey… I’m Irish… a little. Yes… here’s to peace. And boy, weren’t the Irish treated poorly when they came to the US. This country was built, in large part, by them. soooo… as I always say… Erin go braless! Freedom for all.

  • A milieu of stew each new immigrant brought here by free will or bought and stitched into the Americana quilt did their time and some are reserved to this day on tribal reservations and still they come…as for Erin go Braless well that is a choice “my girlie girls are free.” Have a great Saint Patrick’s Day as American as apple pie with corn beef and cabbage and potato salad.
