Carousel horses are waiting to come to life, as soon as the people leave and the turn table stops! In the dark of night, by the light of the stars and the moon, they romp across the prairies. This is one of those horses, who’s waiting for the magic moment.

He was painted in my Vaughn, Montana studio. I created him by using many layers of watercolor paint (Winsor and Newton) on stretched canvas.
