Grainy day in London
It’s not a very unusual candid shot in the London underground (Russel Square to be precise) but I just love the way my little point & shoot made it all so grainy. I think it suits it well! (click on it to view the large version)

Why? What’s the poor girl done to you? LOL. Thanks Mark :-)

LOL, thats my handbag…
Shelly Hiebert
Ohhhh….no, that is my handbag Mark! Super cool shot George! The grain really does add a lot to this image. At first look I thought you had done some treatment to it. Very neat :)

Why Mark, I didn’t think it was your style! lol! It’s a cool shot, George – the graininess works! Good thing you had that little point & shoot!
Johanne Brunet
Love the contrast between the girl in black and the red background. Well, you make me want to upload my phone booths shot from Sunday… it’s very grainy as well (perhaps more than this one) but nice nonetheless…
Karen Scrimes
Love the “point in time” feel to this :)
Pete Costick
Great image George, I agree, the grainy effect works nicely :)

Something special about this one – I guess I can relate to being that girl! I love the feeling of ‘going somewhere’ – ‘where is she going’ – ‘where is the train going’...and I love the atmousphere about it in general! Great shot! :)

Thank you very much Emma. I really like your enigmatic interpretation and I’m glad you could relate to it. Many many thanks for favoring it too! :-)
