Found this jazzy plant on the grounds of Marblehead State Park on Lake Erie (Ohio) a couple of days ago. I’m pretty sure it’s some type of coleus, but taken with a Canon EF 100 f/2.8 macro lens, the leaves took on a decidedly 3-D look that’s a bit unusual.

I’m a semi-retired newspaper editor/writer who loves photography, especially flower macros, lighthouses, old mills and covered bridges.
