Great capture Franklin; Beautifully colored little bird, I never seen one before.

Thanks Chuck. There is also another one of this species called an Indigo Bunting which is colored blue. That one I am searching for every day in my friends backyard, a plethora of a bird heaven here in Florida.

One of these birds just visited my feeder, I have never seen these birds before yesterday. Still don’t have that big lens I need but I am going to try to sneek a photo of him. He seems to be hanging around so sometime today I should get a shot or two. Your pic is great if I can get one like that I would love it.
