It’s hard to tell what part of this old house this might have been when the house was still inhabited. Actually, it’s hard to determine how the house came to be in the state that it’s in. It looks like it might have burned in some ways, but (a) there’s no evidence of charring on any of the remaining wood and (b) in a location this remote, an old wooden frame house like this one would have been completely destroyed before the fire department could have gotten to it.
