In Time
I got into the idea of windows and closed curtains and what may be behind them. I went to lunch at a place that had inported a whole house from Sumatra and began to think of all the tales that the walls could tell if only they could. The idea that we may leave an impression of ourselves on this earth after we have gone. Or there is also a thought of what stories lay behind close doors. All these thoughts were bubbling around my head as I did these and I have done a whole series of them wtih more coming soon.
I am still messing around with getting layers of colour and texture without using texture paste.

Very thought provoking work. Definitely windows into private lives. I’m on your wavelength with these images Mo. I think that myself. Maybe better that we don’t know.

Yes sometimes what goes on behind closed doors should remain there. But is could also have positive vibe….......you know happy lives led, memories of sweet times, warm hearth, home the place to be when the world is mad.

Beautiful mogodbeer
the curtains & windows in the image remind me of a veil to another world where you’ve put it out there & the viewer chooses whether to take the next steps (or not); brilliant color and a very nice color combo; well done! :
