Dark ‘n’ moody ‘n’ broody indeed!!!!!
Well spotted, well photographed and very well processed to create this dramatic atmosphere.
Red and black are always a good combination and the little red car, (I own a little red VW Polo hatch so I relate well) and traffic lights make a very strong focal point in this great street scene.

I do feel though that making the basketball red is overdoing it as the ball is competing with the car and lights and tends to pull my eye away from the car.

Good depth of field and focus and even though restricted, a very good tonal range and contrast.
