Amazing capture. I love watching insects work, it is fascinating.

Thank you Belinda, this wasp was a little smaller than the spider, but it dragged the spider right over my 1.5m fence…..It was great to watch

Oh my,Michelle!! Thats kinda scary!! I am sure it was a sight to watch.
Michelle * replied
Yeah, I was quite scared that the wasp would sting me, because the dog was howling and interrupting him the whole time…he would stop and fly after the dog for a while and then return to finish off what he started.

i would hate to have that spider in my house eeeek!

They are quite harless…..big, but harmless. Don’t worry, I am very scared of spiders…harmless or not, I was soooooo cheering on this wasp…lol

Oh my goodness what a shot…...I would die if I found something like that in my garden….we are not used to spiders that big in the UK…lol. How on earth do you cope with things like that, they terrify me. You are so brave to stand there and take a pic…....lol. It is a great shot though Michelle :-))))
Michelle * replied

Nice work michelle! as far as i know, the wasp paralyzes the huntsman, builds a nest around the huntsman and whent the baby wasps are born the feed on the huntsman, all why still being alive but paralyzed!
Michelle * replied

Your work is fantastic!!!
