According to Wikipedia : “A line spoken by the Doctor, ‘The angels have the phone box’, is rhetorically repeated by Larry and prompts him to say ’I’ve got that on a T-shirt’. As expected by Moffat and Murray Gold, this led online retailers such as ThinkGeek, Zazzle, and CafePress” (and RedBubble) “to offer versions of such a product for sale.”

This is the Eighties version of that oft-quoted line.
