I’ve tried the Scribbler app…and I just want to say you are doing things on that program that would take me a long while to learn….guess it’s just a pen and a pad for me.Keep up the BRILLIANT WORK!!
Thanks Doc. I like the feel of Scribbler, but wish it allowed you to save at higher resolutions. More undo levels would be good too.
Love it Matt. I too wish we could save large ..wish it was a download plugin for Photoshop…
This would make a great Feature Banner for the group…hint hint.
Just read this about scribbler…‘To save a hi-res version of your drawing you must have a postscript printer driver (most of you do). Right click on the drawing when you are finished and select ’print’, then ‘save to file’, then ‘as postscript’. This will create a .ps file which you can open in illustrator or any other vector based drawing application.’
I think that applied to the previous version of Scribbler. I tried a few times to Save to File under ScribblerToo and kept coming up with the menu bar plus blank pages.
Oh that’s a shame, it’s such a cool tool otherwise
it’s been adapted for the iPad, but I’ve no idea whether the resolution is any better
It’s the same I’m afraid, and the interface is different. You sketch without any scribbles, hit a ‘play’ button and the scribbles are added (without any input from you) allowing them to build up until you hit ‘pause’. Much less control, I much prefer the web version.
That sounds just like the original Scribbler
certainly one of the best scribbles I’ve seen Matt – great done!!!and I love your new avatar :))
