Thanks Grant. It’s a mixture of photoshop layers (using Multiply mode), the blur tool, dodge & burn, and clone (to remove people from the background). I’ve also added sunset clouds to the sky. I don’t know what the image is going to look like when I start; I just play with it until I like the look of it. Here’s what I started with …
