Our 1954 unit was bought secondhand registered and driveable.
I completed a lot of repair work and restoration to the car in 1967 getting ready for my 18th birthady. Six years later it underwent another thourgh upgrade. We sold it during 1980’s to another car enthusiast who was going to again restore it, so it should be still a usefull set of wheels somewhere in Victoria.

this is one of a pair which used to be beside the Nerang/Canungra road on the Gold Coast … they might still be there
