Hi Linda … I imported one of my photos into CorelDraw and drew the shapes using vector drawing tools. Colours have been changed, hair added to her forehead, and the eyes made less crossed. The background is a circle with contours added then reshaped using the perspective tool.

iAn Derrick suggested I add you to my watchlist, and I came by to look at your picture (this was before I read some of your journals and saw, for example, the horse picture). My first response on seeing your pictures was “not for me”. But after your kind comments on my writing I revisited, and followed some links. I have to say that I think that this image, as well as many of your others, is truly great. If I could reproduce something like this based on a real photo of say, one of my daughters my street cred would increase a zillion fold over night! So Matt – it’s so clever and well cool!
