Hi Mark … there are three layers … the background was shot from a moving car (passenger window) ... the car layer was duplicated and set to Hard Light, which allowed the background the show through … the top layer is a Normal blend of the car, which I’ve selectively erased and dodge&burned. I played with the Saturation tool as well.

yes, it somehow got into 3 lots of my files.! deleted some just before.one lot is enough! I can’t do anything with mine though. looks too boring plain rusty, gosh I’d love to know why they are still there. still time for an enthusiast to restore.

Hi pedribeiro, and thanks for your comment. I used 3 layers on this image, experimenting with different layer modes. I don’t think it’s HDR, at least not as I understand the term. I only used one photo for the car and one photo for the background. I duplicated the car layer and played with the blend modes. I also used dodge & burn and the saturation sponge tool.
