It started when my reading glasses were dangling and created the eye shapes here. Train of thought : bad vision = glasses. Fear of being blind; practice walking around in the dark without glasses. Glasses as disguise. What would I do without my eyes. Analogies, metaphors for sight, vision, eyes, spectacle.
