Why don’t you have an exhibition Margot ? I’m tempted to put my work in an empty shop premises.. and I reckon yours would work well.. plenty of empty shops at present !
I think some of your work has a bleak 1930’s feel and is the sense of desolation is absolutely spot on for the times we live in.
There are a few that were little stabs at social activism : I have a very large disgust for the caste system. ...and always up for a dare! You’re a prince – always there when I need a push!
You only live once (apologizes to all Buddhists) get down to your local mall and ask them for a unit for two- three weeks. They have so many empty shops at present they will be glad of something to brighten things up.
You don’t expect a fee unless they want to “support the arts”.. but as a starving artist you can’t be expected to pay !
I’m glad, DApixara! When this was done, it was “pushing the envelope” or likely to offend; I am more open to showing what I think now…and no hurt intended.
