This is my hamster crackers….well when I say mine he is more my wife’s. He is the new love of her life and I am now am now taking second place….yep that’s right, I have lost my wife to a blooming hamster.
I wanted to try my hand at doing some portrait work so I set up a light, put some white sheets down and got my model in place, as soon as he saw the camera he decided to change from being a lazy/slow hamster and become a fast/I’m not sitting in one place for more than half a millisecond hamster. Cue lots of blurry shots. This one was when he started to get bored of me and my camera and he gave up,although I wish I got his ears in shot but I will take it.
Look out for lots more photos of him coming soon…..I am now off to buy some tranquillizer for our next shoot.

I now have a facebook fan page so please join if you like:)

Excellent shot. My Granddaughter has some hampsters that are better behaved. You can take the batteries out of them.

  • Cheers Colin, Sadly I cannot take the batteries out of this one…sometime wish I could though:)
