    I really like the line between your chin and her hair. The connection is beautiful. I really like this.

I used to have really long (dread) locks, and my daughter still does, so about 3 years ago, I cut mine off, and she was devastated, as she had had her since she was 2 years old, and I’d had mine for as long as she’s known me as her mother. This painting was my way of telling her that no matter what, I was there for her, with or without hair.
